Well cut, clean trails. Very scenic.
This trailhead is really busy. Parking can get a bit cramped. The trails here are pretty easy to follow but there's a lot of people around. If you're looking for a more secluded area try a different trailhead. This one's almost always busy on the weekends and gets a lot of traffic during the week even.
Beautiful views. The hiking trail was well taken care of, and maintained. Lots of wildlife to explore.
A very popular trailhead, rough gravel road leads you here but any two-wheel drive will get there. Limited parking along side of road with a big turn-around BUT...folks park in the turn-around which means you CAN'T turn-around easily. When a big springtime crowd is here, it can be crazy. Information board provides all you need to know. An fine place to begin your wilderness adventure. FYI cell service is real iffy out here.
